This was reflected in the fact that only one general non-compliance was identified during the assessment and, by the end of the assessment, the AOB already had a plan in place to address the finding. We are thrilled to share the results of our recent independent audit for our accredited work under the BCA Regulations. We are the only NZ organisation to have Accreditation as an Accredited Organisation – Building, (AOB), and an ISO 17020 Inspection Body, (IB). International Accreditation NZ (IANZ) undertook a full assessment in April, and we are proud to announce that the assessment was a resounding success.
Farsight, once again, has been assessed as a low-risk organisation due to excellent evidence of our work and supporting processes.
The process was extremely valuable and reassuring with many useful observations (technical and system/process) from both the IANZ and MBIE team that will assist in our ongoing commitment to system improvements.
