The project timeframes for the retail sector are notoriously tight, with a program of around 12 weeks from an empty tenancy, through leasing, design, Council, pricing, and construction. Having a deep understanding and experience with council and compliance, is instrumental in delivering fitouts on-time.
The Challenge:
To deliver both Johnny Bigg and Connor retail fitouts through the regulatory processes from end to end while also providing localised compliance coordination between the Australian client and Kiwi landlord, shopfitter, and engineers.
