Farsight welcomes Sue Bai as the new Managing Director

Farsight NZ, expert consultants for the building compliance sector in New Zealand, is delighted to announce the appointment of Sue Bai as the new Managing Director, effective 3 July 2024.

Sue brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success working with Farsight. Her visionary leadership and strategic acumen will drive Farsight to new heights and achieve our long-term goals.

Background and Experience

With over 15 years of experience at Farsight and in the industry, Sue has held several key leadership positions, most recently serving as Business Manager at Farsight and successfully obtaining Chartered Membership of the Institute of Directors. In this role, she was responsible for driving forward Farsight’s financial success and strategic goals, which has led to significant growth, innovation and the management of many successful client projects.

As the new Managing Director, Sue believes it is essential to continue Farsight’s commitment to fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. She is passionate about empowering our talented team and ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional value to our customers and stakeholders.

Rob remains with the team as the Principal and a Director of the company, using this opportunity to focus on new, exciting future business technical developments.
