We are accredited to process, inspect, and approve Residential 1–3 building consents – including issuing building consents, conducting inspections, and issuing Code Compliance Certificates and Notices to Fix under the Building Act. -
Accredited Organisation (Building) (AOB)
Accredited to assess building consent applications for Residential 1–3 and Commercial 1–3 categories, with authority to make recommendations on compliance with the Building Code. -
